Guidelines for registration of information You have accepted that the information entered in your CV are registered, processed and stored by OFiR a-s in Denmark. OFiR a-s provides the software and stores the information for Carl Bro a|s. OFiR a-s does not have access to your data, and your data will not be accessible by other companies than Carl Bro a|s. What information is registered? Carl Bro a|s registers the information you entered in your CV. What information cannot be registered? Legislation imposes certain restrictions on the type of information your CV is allowed to contain: Your CV must not contain information on racial or ethnic background, political, religious or philosophical persuasion, trade union affiliation and information concerning matters related to health and sexual orientation. Purpose of registration The purpose of registering a CV in Carl Bro a|s' CV database is to create a qualitative, easy and quick way of bringing together job hunters and recruiters. Your information We attach great importance to ensure the confidentiality and your privacy. As described above, only Carl Bro a|s can access your registered information. Your information will not be passed on to others without your specific content. When you give us your e-mail address, you should be aware, that this is the email which will be our access to you, and you should consider carefully, which address you use. You can always update and review your CV details You can update and review your CV details at any time from the website on which you created your CV. If you are on holiday or if for some other reason you do not want your CV to be online for a given period, you can deactivate it. Likewise, you can withdraw your acceptance and delete your CV at any time. You require your user name and your password. Carl Bro a|s has a basic rule that we do not edit or change your CV details. To avoid errors and misunderstandings during use it may be necessary to make certain amendments. You therefore authorise Carl Bro a|s to make such amendments to your CV as may be required in such cases. Data security Carl Bro a|s attaches great importance to ensuring that your personal data do not become known to third parties. In cooperation with our dataprocessor OFiR a-s we make every effort to maintain a stringent and high level of security. OFiR a-s meets the requirements of the EU directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data etc. OFiR a-s has been approved by the Danish authorities as a data holder and data processor. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security. When data are sent and stored electronically, there is always a risk of third parties gaining unauthorised access to protected data.
